i've had experience with a few other brands of e bikes through my workplace but chose aventon canada based on customer reviews and youtube comparison videos. i purchased through a local vendor and decided on the pace 500 step-through m/l based on my riding preferences. i love it!!!! the integrated battery gives the bike a great profile. also really like the blue/green/red battery indicator light, and handlebar grips that allow heel of hand to rest for better wrist positioning, easy access to throttle, assist modes, and gear changing. though i've been teased about it, i really like the 'saved trees' thing! makes me feel good about my teeny tiny efforts to reduce the use of fossil fuels. i've attached a back basket and panniers for trips to the market and the bike handles the extra weight of groceries brilliantly. in under 3 weeks i've already logged 100 miles. i am so happy... zipping around with the wind in my (helmeted) hair!
