I received an Abound that was not properly assembled. This caused issues with the pedal assist that I had to get resolved at a local bike shop. The pedal assist cables were not properly attached and the middle guide cog was screwed in at an angle causing the chain to slip off. I attempted to contact Aventon Canada about the issue using their online web form, but never heard back. They do not offer a phone number to call so I was left in the dark with what my options were. Luckily users on the Aventon subreddit were able to point me in the right direction.

I am a big fan of the current e-bike trend. I got my Aventura abound as a primary transportation for around town. I like the comfort, ease and speed. Going to market is super easy. I’m a big fan.

J’ai commandé deux vélo Level2 et un vélo cargo Abound . La qualité est incroyable et très bien construit. Les vélos sont surprenant au niveau de la puissance, WoW 🤩. La livraison est ultra rapide, moins d’une semaine et les boîtes de livraison sont très résistante. J’ai discuté avec le service à la clientèle plusieurs fois pour des accessoires afin d’être certaine de la comptabilité entre ceux ci et en moins de 30 minutes j’avais déjà un retour de courriel avec un lien internet afin de commander exactement le bon article . De plus , j’avais un cadeau dans ma boîte lors de l’achat du deuxième vélo. C’est une compagnie très recommandable. Merci Aventon grâce à vous j’ai repris l’activité physique 👏
